Imper CZ s.r.o., Company ID: 28547888, with its registered office at Nádražní 762/32, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague 5, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 149457 (hereinafter referred to as "Operator"), as the data controller, hereby provides information on the processing of personal data in connection with the operation of the Saleskit platform and its use by our customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customers").
This document contains information about the rights of data subjects in relation to this processing. The Operator acts as a data controller concerning the personal data of Customers (or individuals acting on their behalf with the Operator).
The Operator acts as a data processor for data processed by the Customer within the Operator's platforms and tools (typically personal data of individual leads or entrepreneurs searched by the Customer through the Operator's platforms and tools). The Operator's obligations as a data processor are governed by a data processing agreement, which forms part of the relevant terms and conditions for the use of the Operator's products and is available at www.saleskit.com.

To provide access to the Saleskit platform, we enter into a contract with customers. To negotiate and fulfill the contract, we require certain personal data, such as:
- Identification and contact details of the customer (name, surname, registered office, Company ID, VAT ID, email, phone number)
- Billing information (for individual customers)
- Communication data with the customerThese details are necessary for providing our services.
The Operator must process personal data in cases where required by law. This includes, for example, processing data to comply with accounting and tax obligations or fulfilling obligations under archival legislation.
We process personal data to:
- Provide evidence of agreement with our terms and conditions
- Protect the Operator’s legal claims
- Analyze and improve the Saleskit platform
If you are our customer or have subscribed to our newsletter, we may send you marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To ensure that our marketing communications are as relevant as possible, we analyze data provided by customers and information about platform usage. This enables us to tailor content to better match their needs.
If you do not want us to use your personal data for targeted advertising, you can object or withdraw your consent at any time using the same method you used to subscribe to marketing communications.
- For contractual purposes: for the duration of the contract
- For accounting and tax purposes: as required by applicable laws (5 to 10 years)
- For legal protection: up to 15 years
- Marketing communications: until you unsubscribe
We primarily obtain personal data from data subjects themselves. We do not collect additional data beyond what you provide or what is generated through the use of our products (e.g., logs). You are responsible for providing accurate data and must update any changes.
We may share personal data with public authorities if required by law or upon official request.

- Partner sales representatives, external accounting firms, and tax consultants
Unless otherwise specified above, personal data is not transferred outside the EU.
We process your personal data manually as necessary for specific purposes. Our employees or authorized individuals may access your data to correct errors or inconsistencies. These individuals are bound by confidentiality agreements and security measures.Personal data may also be processed electronically using automated systems that run our platform or by our third-party processors mentioned above.We process personal data in full compliance with legal requirements and ensure its security and confidentiality.
